Abstract
"CONDUTOR SUBMARINO DE PERFURAçãO MARìTIMA DE DESEQUILìBRIO A MENOR". Um conjunto de condutor submarino para perfuração marítima possui um conduto interno suspenso dentro de um condutor submarino externo. Um conjunto de vedação veda um espaço anular entre o conduto interno e o condutor submarino na extremidade inferior do conduto interno. O conjunto de vedação possui uma área de pressão que e independente do conduto interno, de modo que quaisquer forças agindo no conjunto devido à pressão no espaço anular abaixo do conjunto de vedação passem através do conjunto para o condutor submarino e não para o conduto interno.
