Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA MEDIR PARáMETROS HEMODINáMICOS". Sendo um aparelho (10) para medir parâmetros hemodinâmicos, especialmente para índice de aumento (AIx) e/ou duração de ejeção (ED), pela medição da pressão sangüínea com manguito de forma não-invasiva e oclusiva, aparelho este que compreende medidor de pressão sangüinea automático oscilométrico oclusivo e unidades, determinando os valores de parâmetros hemodinâmicos, caracterizado por um detector (1) de sinal de separação e armazenamento de ondas de oscilação, sua taxa de amostragem é de pelo menos 200/ciclo cardíaco; e tem uma unidade de armazenamento (5) cuja resolução é organizada pelo menos 9 bits, um anti-filtro (8) de preferência digital para compensar as distorções que surgem na amostragem, separação e digitalização da onda de oscilação; uma unidade de aritmética de amplitude (6) que estabelece o índice de aumento (AIx); e uma unidade de sintetização (9) que estabelece a duração de ejeção (ED). Método para medição não-invasiva de características hemodinâmicas, especialmente AN e/ou ED, com um manguito sensor de pressão oclusivo, colocado na artéria braquial, e com o aparelho (10) de acordo com a invenção por amostragem, análise e avaliação do fluxo de sinais das oscilações das ondas de pulso, caracterizado pelo fato ser efetuada uma medição da pressão sangüinea por etapas usual, e os valores de SBP, DBP e HR serem armazenados, em seguida as distorções de sinal surgidas na amostragem são compensadas por um processo de 'anti-filtro', depois disso o manguito é ajustado acima da pressão sistólica, i.e., na faixa de pressão supra-sistólica, de preferência SBP + mm Hg de pressão, e das curvas de oscilação recebidas, com base nas amplitudes de onda, calculamos o AIx; e na curva de oscilação determinando o ponto mínimo depois da primeira onda reflexa, calculamos o valor da ED.
