Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR ADIPODINITRILA E METILGLUTARONITRILA". A invenção diz respeito a um método para produzir adipodinitrila e metilglutar nitrila, o dito método sendo caracterizado pelas etapas seguintes: (a) um fluxo de extrato contendo pentenonitrilas é reagido com cianeto de hidrogênio na presença de pelo menos um catalisador e pelo menos um promotor para se obter um fluxo de reação contendo pentenonitrilas, o pelo menos um catalisador, produtos de decomposição de catalisador, o pelo menos um promotor, adipodinitrila e metilglutar nitrila; (b) o fluxo de reação é destilado para se obter um fluxo de produto de fundo (3) que é suprimido de pentenonitrilas e contém o pelo menos um catalisador, produtos de decomposição de catalisador, o pelo menos um promotor, adipodinitrila e metilglutar nitrila, e um fluxo de produto de topo (4) enriquecido em pentenonitrilas; (c) o fluxo (3) é extraído por um meio de extração contido no fluxo (5) para se obter um fluxo de produto de topo (6) que é enriquecido com meios de extração e contém o catalisador, e um fluxo de produto de fundo (7) que é suprimido de meios de extração e contém produtos de decomposição de catalisador, o pelo menos um promotor, pentenonitrilas, adipodinitrila e metilglutar nitrila; (d) o fluxo (6) é destilado para se obter um fluxo de produto de fundo (8) contendo o catalisador, e um fluxo de produto de topo (9) contendo os meios de extração; (e) o fluxo (7) é destilado para se obter um fluxo de produto de fundo (10) contendo produtos de decomposição de catalisador, o pelo menos um promotor, penteno nitrilas, adipodinitrila e metilglutamitrila, e um fluxo de produto de topo (11) contendo os meios de extração; (f) o fluxo (10) é destilado para se obter um fluxo de produto de fundo (12) contendo produtos de decomposição de catalisador, o pelo menos um promotor, pentenonitrilas, adipodinitrila e metilglutamitrila, e um fluxo de produto de topo (13) contendo pentenonitrilas; (g) o fluxo (12) é destilado para se obter um fluxo de produto de fundo (14) contendo produtos de decomposição de catalisador e o pelo menos um promotor, e um fluxo de produto de topo (15) contendo adipodinitrila e metilglutar nitrila; e (h) o fluxo (15) é destilado para se obter um fluxo de produto de fundo (16) contendo adipodinitrila, e um fluxo de produto de topo (17) contendo metilglutarnitrila.
