Abstract

PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE OBJETOS CURVOS Trata-se de uma invenção que se refere a um processo para a fabricação de um objeto, curvado em uma ou mais direções, a partir de um pacote com pelo menos uma camada empilhada que contêm fibras poliméricas pela deformação deste em temperatura elevada, o processo compreende impor sobre as fibras uma resistência à tensão em uma temperatura que fica entre o ponto de fusão das fibras na resistência à tensão imposta e 20 <198> abaixo do ponto de fusão, cuja resistência à tensão é alta o suficiente para que as fibras sejam extraídas. Este processo permite que objetos, curvados em uma ou mais direções, sejam produzidos a partir de camadas de fibra planas sem enrugamento apreciável, usando mesmo camadas de fibra com deformabilidade interna baixa e/ou mutua e sem que o material seja extraído para dentro da matriz de uma maneira controlada. A invenção também se refere a um objeto, curvado em uma ou mais direções, obtenível pelo processo de acordo com a invenção.
