Abstract

CAIXA DE EMBALAGEM FECHADA PARA TRANSPORTE DE UMA PLURALIDADE DE RECIPIENTES CILìNDRICOS, MATRIZ DE CAIXA DE EMBALAGEM, E CAIXA DE EMBALAGEM FECHADA PARA TRANSPORTE DE UMA PLURALIDADE DE RECIPIENTES PELO MENOS DUAS FILEIRAS INCLUINDO UMA FILEIRA DE FUNDO Trata-se de uma caixa de embalagem com um dispositivo de fornecimento aperfeiçoado em uma extremidade da caixa de embalagem que preserva a integridade da caixa de embalagem quando de sua abertura, simultaneamente permitindo que as abas de extremidade de fundo acopladas ao painel de fundo permaneçãm em seus lugares e igualmente com uma parte de cada aba de extremidade lateral sobrepondo-se às abas de extremidade de fundo. Mediante uma disposição da linha de separação de fundo em uma posição não mais elevada em relação ao fundo da caixa de embalagem que aquela necessária para retençoa de uma lata na fileira do fundo e um dimensionamento tornando aos retentores de extremidade de cada caixa de embalagem não maiores que o necessário para retenção de uma lata localizada na segunda fileira de tal forma que a lata não role para fora da caixa de embalagem, é provida uma facilidade de acesso às latas localizadas na fileira de recipientes do fundo após as latas localizadas nas segunda e terceira fileiras da caixa de embalagem terem sido removidas. Este dispositivo de fornecimento pode igualmente constituir uma rede de segurança para a primeira lata a ser fornecida. This supply device has a bottom separation line at the end of the packaging box that extends only partially through the end of the packaging box. The separation line extends upward on either side of the bottom separation line forming end retaining members to prevent cans located in the second row of the packaging box from rolling out of it. By arranging the bottom separation line at a position no higher than the bottom of the packaging box than is necessary for holding a can in the bottom row and sizing making the end retainers of each packaging box no larger. whereas necessary for retaining a can located in the second row such that the can does not roll out of the packaging box, ease of access to the cans located in the bottom row of containers after the cans located in the second and third is provided. rows of the packing box have been removed. This supply device may also constitute a safety net for the first can to be supplied. The top separation line on the supply device flap top panel is located relative to the outlet end of the carton at a distance significantly less than the diameter of the can to be retained in the carton. Preferably this distance corresponds to a value between 75 and 85% of the diameter of a container intended to be retained in the packaging box, but may be as much as 50% of the diameter of a container plus approximately three millimeters.
