Abstract
CODIFICADOR COM CONTROLE DE TAXA ADPTATIVO Um codificador de vídeo (100) é apresentado, o codificador para a codificação de quadros de imagens divisíveis em macro-blocos. O codificador de v¢ideo (100) inclui um meio (130) para a geração de uma estimativa de parâmetro QP para os macro-blocos de uma quadro de imagem. O codificador de vídeo inclui ainda um meio (130) para a seleção de um parâmetro de quantização (QP) de nível de quadro para o quadro de imagens, usando uma dentre as estimativas de parâmetro QP mínimo, médio, e de modo para os macro-blocos. Um método para codificar vídeo é apresentado para a codificação de quadros de imagens divisíveis em macro-blocos. O método gera (225) uma estimativa de parâmetro de quantização (QP) para os macro-blocos de um quadro de imagens e seleciona (230) um parâmetro QP de nível de quadros para o quadro de imagens, usando uma dentre as estimativas de parâmetro QP mínimo, médio, e de modo para os macro-blocos.
