Abstract

UNIDADE DE TRAçãO PARA VEìCULO A MOTOR E MéTODO PARA DETERMINAçãO DA CARACTERìSTICA DE UM ACOPLAMENTO DA UNIDADE DE TRAçãO A presente invenção se refere a uma unidade de tração para um veículo a motor, compreendendo pelo menos um motor de tração (1) com eu eixo de saída, uma transmissão (9), que possui um eixo de entrada e pelo menos um eixo intermediário (11) com um freio de eixo intermediário (17), uma embreagem de fricção (3) com um primeiro elemento de fricção conectado para o eixo de saída e um segundo elemento de fricção conectado para o eixo de entrada, um mecanismo de operação de embreagem (15) para engrenamento e desengrenamento da embreagem de fricção (3), uma unidade de controle eletrónico (12) para controle do mecanismo de operação de embreagem (15) em dependência de diversos parâmetros de controle, e um detector de posição (18), que detecta a posição do mecanismo de operação de embreagem (15) e transmite um sinal dependente de posição para a unidade de controle (12). Um transmissor de torque está proporcionado, que detecta o torque no eixo de entrada (7) e transmite um sinal dependente de torque para a unidade de controle (12), e de que a unidade de controle (12) está disposta de maneira a que, em ocasiões pré-determinadas, quando a transmissão (9) está em uma posição neutra e o freio de eixo intermediário (17) está aplicado, gradualmente para alterar o grau de engrenagem da embreagem de fricção (3) e para registrar e armazenar, como uma função da posição do mecanismo de operação de embreagem (15), o torque mensurado pelo transmissor de torque (19).
