Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE L-AMINOáCIDOS USANDO CEPAS DA FAMìLIA DAS ENTEROBACTERIACEAE. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparação de L-aminoácidos, especificamente L-treonina, onde as etapas que se seguem são realizadas: a) fermentação dos microorganismos da família Enterobacteriaceae que produzem o L-aminoácido desejado e onde o gene eno ou seqüencias de nucleotídeo ou alelos que codificam o produto do gene dos mesmos é/são melhorado, b) concentração do L-aminoácido desejado no meio ou nas células dos microorganismos, e c) isolamento do L-aminoácido desejado.
