Abstract

APARELHO E MéTODO PARA ESCALONAMENTO DE TEMPO DE UM SINAL, PROGRAMA DE COMPUTADOR, E, PORTADOR DE GRAVAçãO Um decodificador recebe (501) um fluxo de bits compreendendo um sinal mono codificado e dados estéreo. Um processador de escala de tempo (503) gera um sinal mono escalonado no tempo. Um processador de tempo para freqüência gera blocos de amostras de freqüência do sinal escalonado no tempo, a extensão de bloco sendo fixa e independente do escalonamento de tempo. Um decodificador estéreo paramétrico (509) gera um sinal estéreo para os blocos de amostras de freqüência e estes são convertidos para o domínio do tempo por um processador de freqüência para tempo (511). Um processador de sincronização (515) sincroniza os dados estéreo com sinal escalonado no tempo, determinando uma associação de tempo entre um valor de parâmetro e um bloco de amostra de freqüência. O valor de parâmetro e associação de tempo são usados para determinar valores de parâmetro estéreo sincronizado para aquele e outros blocos de amostras de freqüência. A invenção é particularmente adequada para geração de baixa complexidade de sinais estéreo escalonados no tempo a partir de sinais codificados MPEG-4.
