Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM MOLDE EM CONCHA, E, MOLDE EM CONCHA A invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de um molde em concha, compreendendo as etapas seqüencias de: (i) imersão de um padrão consumível pré-conformado dentro de uma lama de partículas refratárias e aglutinante líquido coloidal, desse modo formando uma camada de revestimento sobre dito padrão, (ii) depositar partículas de material refratário sobre dito revestimento e (iii) secagem, as etapas (i) a (iii) sendo repetidas tão freqüentemente quanto necessário, para produzir um molde em concha tendo o requerido número de camadas de revestimento, caracterizado pelo fato de que, durante pelo menos uma realização da etapa (ii), as partículas de material refratário terem sido pré-misturadas com um material formador de gel, desse modo revestindo pelo menos uma parte de ditas partículas refratárias com dito material formador de gel, de modo que, após contato com as camada de revestimento, a umidade é absorvida pelo material formador de gel, desse modo causando solidificação do aglutinante coloidal, assim reduzindo o tempo requerido para secagem na etapa (iii).
