Abstract

PRóTESE DE DISCO INTERVERTEBRAL CERVICAL COMPREENDENDO UM DISPOSITIVO ANTIDESLOCAMENTO E INSTRUMENTOS A presente invenção refere-se a uma prótese intervertebral cervical compreendendo uma placa de fixação inferior e uma placa de fixação superior (11, 12) com um núcleo de prótese (10) disposto entre elas para criar uma conexão articulada. As placas de fixação (11, 12) são desenhadas para suportar suas superfícies de placa de fixação em corpos vertebrais adjacentes. De acordo com a invenção, pelo menos uma superfície de placa de fixação (11, 12) compreende uma projeção do tipo friso (18) que pode ser usada para engatar no corpo vertebral com um encaixe de forma. Além do mais, a fim de produzir um recesso correspondente no corpo vertebral, a invenção propõe um instrumento que compreendendo um cabo, uma haste, e uma parte dianteira, e com um elemento de escavação que pode ser retraído dentro da parte dianteira.
