Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES POLìMERICAS E FORMAS DE DOSAGEM COMPREENDENDO AS MESMAS". A presente invenção refere-se a uma forma de dosagem que compreende: (a) pelo menos um ingrediente ativo; (b) um núcleo tendo uma superfície externa; e (c) uma casca que reside em pelo menos uma porção do núcleo da superfície externa, onde pelo menos uma porção da casca pode ser semipermeável, tal que o meio líquido se difunda através da casca semipermeável ou porção da casca para o núcleo devido à osmose. A casca também provê a liberação do ingrediente ativo para o meio líquido fora da casca depois de contatar a forma de dosagem com o meio líquido.
