Abstract

AQUECEDOR HìDRIDO PARA AQUECER FLUIDOS, E, MéTODO PARA PRé-AQUECER UM FLUIDO A invenção refere-se a um aquecedor hídrido que inclui uma massa estrutural, no interior da qual passagens são providas para criar um labirinto para fluxo de produto químico através da massa estrutural, as passagens sendo dimensionadas e dispostas para receber uma pluralidade de hastes de aquecedor, de modo que o produto químico é passado através das passagens em contato direto com as hastes de aquecedor. Uma mola helicoidal pode ser disposta ou outra disposição helicoidal provida no espaço entre e contra as paredes das passagens e da haste de aquecedor para facilitar uniformidade de fluxo em torno das hastes. Um sensor de temperatura pode ser provido em contato direto com o elemento de aquecimento e pode ser equipado com uma luva de massa para remover qualquer excesso de calor sobre o sensor durante transições.
