Abstract

FECHO DOBRáVEL PARA EMBALAGENS DE COMPOSTO E DE PAPELãO COM ABERTURA AUTOMáTICA DA EMBALAGEM POR MEIO DO DOBRAMENTO PARA ABRIR. A invenção refere-se a um fecho dobrável para ambalagens de composto e de papelão que permite a abertura automática de uma embalagem por meio do dobramento para abrir da tampa do fecho. O fecho é constituído de um elemento de base (1), que se destina a ser soldado com seu lado inferior (2) plano em uma embalagem de composto ou de papelão (3), e que apresenta uma saliência (4) circundante, que se projeta para cima, para a formação de um tubo de escoamento aberto para dentro. Nesse elemento de base (1) está fixada uma tampa (5) para o dobramento da abertura e o dobramento para fechar novamente sobre o elemento de base (1). Uma lingüeta (7) apoiada podendo girar no elemento de base (1) se estende através do lado interno (6) livre da saliência (4). Entre a lingüeta (7) e a tampa (5) são atuantes meios de fecho devido à força (8), por meio dos quais, através do dobramento para abrir da tampa (5) forçosamente com rasgo e giro de um pedaço de embalagem que fica sob ela, a lingüeta (7) pode ser girada para baixo.
