Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A DIAFILTRAçãO DE UM PRODUTO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A EXECUçãO DO PROCESSO. A presente invenção refere-se a um estágio de diafiltração para sucos de frutas espessados, com um elemento de filtração de corrente transversal (1). Neste caso, a entrada de produto (2), do elemento de filtração (1), e sua saída de produto (3), são unidas por meio de uma bomba de circulação (5), para um circuito de produto, ao qual através de uma linha de alimentação de produto (6), pode ser alimentado continuamente produto, e do qual através de uma linha de saída de produto (8), pode ser continuamente removido produto. A saída de permeato (4), do elemento de filtração (1), está ligada através de uma linha de retorno (11), com uma bomba de permeato (13), com o circuito de produto, assim que uma quantidade desejada de permeato pode ser levada de volta para o circuito de produto. além disso existe uma alimentação de fluido de lavagem (10), com uma bomba de fluido de lavagem (12), com a qual uma quantidade desejada de água pode ser alimentada ao circuito de produto como fluido de lavagem. As quantidades de permeato e de água podem ser ajustadas de maneira independente uma da outra. Com este estágio de diafiltração é possível ajustar ou regular, respectivamente, dentro de margens amplas, tanto o grau de remoção por lavagem do produto como também a qualidade e a quantidade do retentado de produto produzido e do permeato produzido, até com condições de serviço estacionárias, como estas são necessárias para instalações grandes de estágios múltiplos que trabalham de maneira contínua.
