Abstract
"MATERIAL PARA MANCAIS DE DESLIZE". A invenção compreende um material para mancais de deslize com uma camada suporte metálica e uma camada portadora porosa metálica isenta de chumbo aplicada por sinterização, para receber um material de camada de deslize na base de polímero, sendo que a camada portadora é formada de um bronze de estanho com adição de bismuto; para alcançar uma maior resistência contra grimpagem a camada portadora é feita de um pó de sinterização que consiste em partículas de pó que compreendem 9,5 a 11% do peso de estanho e 7 a 13% do peso de bismuto e cobre, e que as partículas de pó possuem uma forma nodosa que difere da forma esférica regular, porém, sem arestas e cortes por baixo.
