Abstract
FORNECIMENTO DE VAPOR E HIDROGêNIO PARA UM PROCESSO OU UMA INSTALAçãO DE PRODUçãO DE GáS DE SINTESE. Essa invenção se refere a um método para fornecer vapor e uma carga de hidrogênio para um processo primário para produção de gás de síntese que inclui em um reformador de um processo secundário que compreende uma pluralidade de catalisadores contendo passagens de reforma, queimar combustível para aquecer todas as passagens de reforma, enquanto produz um gás de síntese quente pela reforma de um gás hidrocarboneto na presença de vapor de processo em somente algumas das passagens de reforma contendo catalisador. O gás de síntese quente é resfriado para produzir vapor que é fornecido ao processo primário. O gás de síntese resfriado é tratado para produzir uma carga de hidrogênio que é fornecida ao processo primário. As passagens de reforma não produtoras de gás de síntese quente são resfriadas pela passagem de um meio de resfriamento através delas e o gás de síntese quente que sai de algumas das passagens de reforma é separado do meio de resfriamento que sai das outras passagens de reforma.
