Abstract

ELEMENTO DE ESTRUTURA PARA CONSTRUçãO AERONáUTICA QUE APRESENTA UMA VARIAçãO DAS PROPRIEDADES DE EMPREGO. A invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação de uma peça feita de liga de alumínio de endurecimento estrutural, que compreende a) a colocação em solução de um semiproduto laminado, fiado ou forjado, seguida por uam têmpera, b) eventualmente a tração controlada com um alongamento permanente de pelo menos 0,5%, c) o tratamento de revenido, caracterizado pelo fato de que pelo menos uma etapa do dito tratamento de revenido é efetuada em forno linear de gradiente térmico controlado que compreende pelo menos duas zonas ou grupos de zonas Z~ 1~, Z~ 2~ com temperaturas iniciais T~ 1~, T~ 2~ nas quais a variação da temperatura em torno da temperatura de referência de cada uma das temperaturas T~ 1~ e T~ 2~ não excede + ou - 5<198> C no comprimento das ditas zonas ou grupos de zonas, a diferença entre as temperaturas de referência das temperaturas iniciais T~ 1~ e T~ 2~ sendo superior ou igual a 5<198>C, e as ditas zonas ou grupos de zonas podendo ser separadas por uma zona ou grupo de zonas Z~ 1~ ,2~ dita(o) de transição dentro da qual ou do qual a temperatura inicial varia de T~ 1~ a T~ 2~, e caracterizado pelo fato de que o comprimento paralelo ao eixo do forno linear de cada uma das ditas pelo menos duas zonas ou grupos de zonas Z~ 1~ e Z~ 2~ é de pelo menos um metro.
