Abstract

SISTEMA E MéTODO DE GERENCIAMENTO DE APLICAçõES E CONTEúDO DE MìDIA DE UM DISPOSITIVO DE COMUNICAçãO SEM FIO Um dispositivo de comunicação sem fio (104) para apresentar informações de canais é descrito. O dispositivo possui uma carcaça com um visor principal (1008) e um visor auxiliar (1006), uma memória (206) e um processador (204). A carcaça possui uma primeira posição (1002) que expõe os visores principal e auxiliar e uma segunda posição (1004) que cobre o visor principal e expõe o visor auxiliar. A memória (206) armazena uma pluralidade de aplicações e/ou conteúdos de mídia que podem ser exibidos pelo visor auxiliar (1006). O processador (204) altera a operação do visor auxiliar (1006) de uma aplicação a outra e/ou o conteúdo de mídia a outro. Além disso, as aplicações e/ou os conteúdos do visor auxiliar (1600) podem ser gerenciados por uma aplicação de painel de controle do visor principal (1008).
