UM PROCESSO PARA OBTER METAL FLUIDO DE ALQUILATO FORTE E COMPOSIçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para uma base forte metálica de alquilato menos tóxica em composição fluida que inclui benzeno de alquil pesado, um emulsificador que é um sódio gorduroso, sulfonatos ou misturas dos mesmos, um óleo vegetal como provedor de lubrificação, um antioxidante, uma fungicida, um aditivo de alta pressão, um anticorrosivo, um co-surfactante, um agente de junção e componente alcalino. O processo compreende a remoção da matéria insolúvel do alquilato forte, adicionando emsulsificador, aditivos, agente aglutinante e co-surfactant, homogeneizando a mistura de 20 - 120 <198>C, em seguida sob condicionamento do metal fluido condensado o qual pode ser usado como emulsão em água.
