Abstract

MéTODO E APARELHO PARA DESVIAR MATERIAL.Um aparelho para desviar material em uma maneira controlada compreendendo uma placa desviadora presa em um conjunto de montagem. A placa desviadora é formada para receber o material em queda e facilitar o fluxo do material sobre um recurso de transporte ou para armazenagem. O conjunto de montagem compreende um conjunto de mola transportadora que permite que a placa desviadora articule ao redor e um eixo e dessa maneira se mova de uma posição pré-definida para uma posição de descarga. O conjunto de montagem adicionalmente compreende dois engastes de travamento ajustaveis que mantêm o eixo no lugar e também permitem que o eixo seja girado de maneira ajustável e a seguir fixado no lugar. Um método para desviar o material em uma maneira controlada compreende as etapas de instalar o aparelho em um ponto de transferência e ativar um primeiro recurso de transporte que alimenta o material para a calha. Um segundo reccurso de transporte que recebe o material depois do desvio pelo aparelho pode ser opcionalmente ativado
