Abstract

ENZIMAS COMO INIBIDORES DE CORROSãO ATRAVéS DA REMOçãO DE OXIGêNIO DISSOLVIDO EM áGUA . A invenção se refere a um novo processo para desoxigenação de água, para aplicação em produtos em aerossol. O processo envolve o uso de um sistema enzimático baseado em uma enzima oxidase, um substrato para a enzima oxidase e catalase. Essas duas enzimas consomem oxigênio através de uma reação em duas etapas com o substrato e peróxido de hidrogênio, o qual é formado na primeira reação.
