Abstract
CONTROLE DE DIVERSIDADE DE RECEPçãO POR MULTI-ANTENA EM COMUNICAçõES SEM FIO. Um dispositivo móvel compreende uma unidade receptora que possui pelo menos dois receptores para implementar a diversidade de recepção por multi-antena. Uma unidade de controle estima, no móvel, uma quantidade de utilização, por parte de um canal de tráfego do móvel, do total de capacidade de energia de transmissão em uma estação base. O móvel aplica a diversidade de recepção por multi-antena no dispositivo móvel com base na utilização de capacidade de energia. O móvel estima uma quantidade de energia que uma rede está transmitindo para o móvel com relação a uma referência piloto. Outros indicadores são baseados na qualidade de canal de tráfego entre o móvel e a rede, nos recursos de limitação de capacidade, em um número de setores em um soft handoff em um sistema sem fio, etc. Os indicadores são utilizados para controlar a aplicação da diversidade de recepção por multi-antena em um dispositivo móvel.
