Abstract

SISTEMA PARA VEDAR UM ESPAçO ANULAR QUE SE ESTENDE EM UM FURO DE POçO E UMA PAREDE CILìNDRICA QUE ENVOLVE O ELEMENTO TUBULAR Um sistema é exposto para vedar um espaço entre um elemento tubular (7) se estendendo em um furo de poço (1) e uma parede cilíndrica (1b) cercando o elemento tubular, em que uma linha de controle (18) para controlar um dispositivo de furo de soldagem (12, 13, 14, 15) se estende em direção longitudinal ao longo do elemento tubular. O sistema inclui uma camada de vedação anular (20) se estendendo em torno do elemento tubular (7), a camada de vedação tendo uma superfície interna provida com um rebaixo (40) para receber radialmente a linha de controle. A camada de vedação é provida com uma fenda longitudinal (31) definindo um par de bordas longitudinais opostas (32, 34) que são móveis relativas uma a outra entre uma posição aberta, em que a camada de vedação pode ser aplicada radialmente ao elemento tubular, e uma posição fechada, em que a camada de vedação se estende em torno do elemento tubular.
