Abstract

PROTEìNA E PROMOTOR DE SEMENTE DE MILHO RICA EM GLUTAMINA é provida uma seqüência de nucleotídeo codificando uma proteína do milho da família da prolamina de 55 kDa. Também é provida uma seqüência de nucleotídeo derivada do promotor do gene do milho de 55 kDa que pode ser usada para expressar seqüências heterólogas em plantas e métodos empregando as seqüências de nucleotídeo reveladas.
