Abstract

MéTODO DE FABRICAR UM LAMINADO DE FOLHA CONTìNUA DE FIXAçãO MECáNICA ESTICADO E RESPECTIVO LAMINADO DE FOLHA CONTìNUA DE FIXAçãO MECáNICA ESTICADO. A presente invenção a um método fabricar um laminado de folha contínua de fixação mecânica esticado (1) compreendendo uma camada de folha contínua termoplástica (13) tendo duas superfícies principais, uma das superfícies principais portando uma multiplicidade de elementos de fixação machos (14) adequados para engate com um material de fixação fêmea correspondente, e em sua outra superfície principal, uma camada de folha contínua fibrosa (11), dito método compreendendo as etapas de (i) fornecer a camada de folha contínua fibrosa (11) tendo um peso base inicial; (ii) passar a camada de folha contínua fibrosa (11) através de um espaço entre rolos formado por dois rolos (101),(103), um deles tendo cavidades (120) que são os negativos de uma pluralidade de elementos de fixação machos (14), introduzindo uma resina termoplástica fundida nas cavidades (120) em excesso de uma quantidade que preencherá as cavides (120) cujo excesso forma a camada de folha contínua termoplástica (13), permitindo que a resina se solidifique pelo menos parcialmente e extração de um laminado de folha contínua precursora (10) assim formado compreendendo a camada de folha contínua fibrosa (11) e a camada de folha contínua termoplástica (13) portando uma pluralidade de elementos de fixação machos (14), a partir do rolo cilíndrico (103) tendo cavidades (120) pelo que a camada de folha contínua termoplástica (13) possui uma espessura inicial e uma densidade de gancho inicial, e(iii) esticar o laminado de folha contínua precursor (10) monoaxialmente ou biaxialmente diminuindo deste modo o peso base da camada de folha contínua fibrosa (11) e a espessura da camada de folha contínua termoplástica (13) em relação a seus valores iniciais respectivos para prover um laminado de fixação mecânica esticado (1) tendo um peso base de menos do que 100 gm¬ -2¬.
