Abstract

DISPOSITIVO SELETOR DE FORMATOS PARA APARELHOS DISTRIBUIDORES DE MATERIAIS DE ENXUGAMENTO Dispositivo seletor de formatos notável pelo fato de que permite comandar uma distribuição de formatos de tiras de materiais em uma relação de um para dois, a posição do dispositivo seletor de formatos autorizando a saída da lâmina de corte de um tambor a cada volta do tambor para o dito pequeno formato e todas as duas voltas do tambor para o grande formato, o dispositivo seletor agindo e provocando uma relação entre o conjunto de pinhões (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6, P7) engrenados entre eles, em situação de distribuição de pequeno formato, e alguns pinhões (P2, P3, P7) sendo dessolidarizados pontualmente em uma volta de tambor em distribuição de grande formato e comportando a saída da lâmina de corte para fora do tambor, e pelo fato de que o dispositivo seletor está posicionado a partir de um dos flanges do alojamento, lado externo e lado interno deste, e pelo fato de que ele compreende uma alavanca de manobra (23) que inclui dois batentes fixos (24 - 25) espaçados e dispostos no flange (1) definindo um afastamento angular <244> correspondente ao basculamento da alavanca (23) na parte alta ou baixa, de acordo com formato escolhido, e pelo fato de que o basculamento da dita alavanca de manobra (23) age em empurramento axial sobre um órgão empurrador (12) guiado sobre um cubo (11) receptor de dois pinhões (P1 - P2), estabelecido de acordo com um eixo Y, e pelo fato de que o órgão empurrador (12) provoca, pelos meios específicos em função da posição da dita alavanca, a ligação entre os pinhões (P2 e P3) e cuja saída da lâmina de corte a cada volta do tambor, ou escamoteamento do pinhão (P3) e a saída da lâmina de corte uma vez em duas.
