Abstract
"SISTEMA E PROCESSO PARA PULVERIZAçãO E EXTRAçãO DE UMIDADE" Um venturi recebe material entrante por um tubo de entrada e submete o material à pulverização. O material, na medida em que sofre pulverização, é submetido ainda à extração de umidade e secagem. Um gerador de fluxo de ar, acoplado ao venturi, gera um fluxo de ar de alta velocidade para puxar o material pelo venturi e para uma abertura de entrada no gerador de fluxo de ar. O gerador de fluxo de ar direciona o material pulverizado recebido para uma descarga, na qual o material pode ser separado subseqüentemente do ar. Um sensor de emissão acústica recebe as freqüências ressonantes geradas pelo material passando pelo gerador de fluxo de ar. As freqüências ressonantes refletem uma taxa de vazão do material, que é ajustada para evitar uma situação de sobrecarga. Um sistema automático, acoplado a um eixo girando o gerador de fluxo de ar para roporcionar equilíbrio, aperfeiçoa a eficiência e elimina a cavitação.
