Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE SEGURANçA PARA BATERIA E BATERIA TENDO O MESMO é descrito um dispositivo de segurança de bateria adaptado para formar um circuito elétrico quando comprimido por uma pressão pré-determinada ou mais alta convertendo o estado carregado de uma bateria ao estado descarregado, uma bateria tendo o dispositivo de segurança, e um método para ajustar a segurança de uma bateria convertendo o estado carregado da bateria ao estado descarregado, antes da bateria ser danificada por uma pressão, por meio de um circuito elétrico formado em um dispositivo de segurança pela pressão. O dispositivo de segurança tem uma primeira placa de metal, uma segunda placa de metal, e um filme condutor sensível à pressão interposto entre ambas placas de metal e adaptado para exibir condutividade elétrica quando uma pressão pré-determinada ou maior é aplicada. A primeira e segunda placas de metal estão conectadas eletricamente aos eletrodos positivo e negativo da bateria, respectivamente. O dispositivo de segurança conectado a uma bateria impede que a bateria seja danificada ou, pelo menos, se incendeie ou exploda, mesmo quando um impacto externo causado por uma pressão, uma ponta perfurante, ou amassamento, ou pressionamento externo, é aplicado à aplicado à bateria conduzindo a corrente da bateria ao dispositivo de segurança e descarregando a bateria antes da bateria ser danificada pelo impacto externo ou pressão externa.
