Abstract
CATALISADOR DE CONVERSãO DE HIDROCARBONETOS CONTENDO ZEóLITO, O PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DOS MESMOS, E UM PROCESSO PARA CONVERTER óLEOS HIDROCARBONETOS COM O CATALISADOR A presente invenção refere-se a um catalisador para conversão de hidrocarbonetos, cujo catalisador contém, com base no peso do catalisador, 1-60% em peso de um zeólito, 0,1-10% em peso de um componente catalítico auxiliar, 5-98% em peso de um óxido inorgânico termotolerante, e 0-70% em peso de uma argila em termos do óxido. O referido zeólito é um zeólito estruturado MFI contendo fósforo e um ou mais metais de transição ou uma mistura do referido zeólito e um zeólito macroporoso, o qual compreende, com base no peso da mistura, 75-100% em peso do referido zeálito estruturado MFI contenda fósforo e um ou mais metais de transição e 0-25% em peso do zeólito macropomso. Em termos da massa do óxido, o referido zeólito estruturado MFI contendo fósforo e um au mais metais de transição têm a seguinte fórmula química anídrica: (0-0,3)Na2O. (0,3-5,5)AI2O3. (1,0-10)P2O5. (0,7-15)M1xOy (0,01-5)M2mOn.(0-10)RE2O3. (70-97)SiO2 ou (0-0,3)Na2O (0,3-5)AI2O3 (1,0-10)P2O5 (0,7-15)MpOq. (0-10)RE2O3 (70-98)SiO2 O referido componente catalítico auxiliar é um ou mais selecionados entre o grupo consistindo nos metais alcalino terrosos, metais do Grupo IVB, metais não nobres do Grupo VIII, e metais terrosos raros da Tabela Periódica das Elementos. Este catalisador tem uma capacidade maior de converter hidrocarbonetos de petróleo e maiores produções para propi- leno, etileno, e aromáticos leves.
