DERIVADOS DE TETRAIDRONAFTIRIDINA E UM PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DOS MESMOS. Um novo composto da fórmula (I): em que R¬ 1¬ é alcoxicarbonila ou similares; R¬ 2¬ é alquila ou similares; R¬ 3¬ é hidrogênio ou similares; R¬ 4¬ é alquileno ou similares; R¬ 5¬ é grupo heterocíclico opcionalmente substituído; R¬ 6¬, R¬ 7, e R¬ 8¬ são independentemente hidrogênio; alquila, alcóxi, ou similares; R¬ 10¬ é anel aromático opcionalmente substituído, ou similares; ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável deste, o qual tem uma atividade inibidora contra proteína de transferência de éster de colesterila (CETP).
