Abstract

MéTODO DE AQUECIMENTO DE PAINéIS DE VIDRO PARA TêMPERA E APARELHO PARA APLICAçãO DO PROCESSO A invenção se refere a um método de aquecimento de painéis de vidro (3) para têmpera. Os painéis de vidro horizontais (3) são aquecidos no lehr (4) por jatos de ar de convecção superior e inferior e aquecimento por radiação superior e interior, leitura da informação representando uma carga dos painéis de vidro (3) e usada para monitoramento e/ou regulação do aquecimento, o aquecimento por adição superior é monitorado e/ou regulado no modo de uma matriz por uma perfilagem em ambas na direção de transporte e na direção lateral à mesma. Pelo menos o jato de ar de convecção superior é monitorado e/ou regulado nas varias seções do lehr (4) do modo de uma matriz por uma perfilagem em ambas a direção de transporte (K) e uma direção lateral à mesma e os efeitos de jato de ar relativos dos elementos de jato de ar de convecção (7<a>) sucessivos na direção de transporte são regulados para prover um perfilagem na direção de transporte. A invenção também se refere a um aparelho para aplicação do método.
