Abstract

SISTEMA DE EXPRESSãO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE PROTEìNAS DE FUSãO DE IL-l5/Fc E SEU USO. A invenção refere-se a um sistema de expressão contendo um ou mais ácidos nucléicos compreendendo pelo menos um ácido nucléico para uma proteína de fusão de interleucina 15/Fc (IL-15/Fc), pelo menos um promotor, pelo menos um ácido nucléico para um CD5 Líder, onde apropriado, pelo menos um ácido nucléico para um marcador de gene selecionável; a um ácido nucléico compreendendo os componentes do dito sistema de expressão e a uma célula hospedeira contendo o sistema de expressão ou o ácido nucléico. A invenção refere-se ainda a um processo para a preparação de uma proteína de fusão de IL-15/Fc, usando-se o sistema de expressão, e ao uso do sistema de expressão, o ácido nucléico, a célula hospedeira ou o CD5 Líder para a expressão nas células hospedeiras.
