Abstract

MéTODO PARA COSTURAR UMA COMPOSIçãO MULTIAXIAL PARA A FABRICAçãO DE PAPEL E COMPOSIçãO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE PAPEL. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para costurar uma composição multiaxial para a fabricação de papel a ser costurada sobre a máquina para prevenir contra a migração da fiação. A composição multiaxial (22) encontra-se na forma de um laço infindável achatado em duas camadas (40, 42) ao longo de linhas de dobra (38). O fio de CD (28) é removida a partir das dobras (38) para criar áreas de embaraçamento estendidas. Isto deixa o fio de MD (26) não unida nas áreas de embaraçamento. Laços de costura (36) são então formados a partir da fiação de MD não unida (26) nas dobras (38). Os materiais de CD (82, 84) (por exemplo, o fio de CD contínua) são fixados a (re tecidos na) composição ao longo das bordas da área de embaraçamento em cada dobra (38). O material de CD fixado liga a parte final da fiação de CD ao longo das bordas das áreas de embaraçamento para prevenir contra a migração das partes finais da fiação de CD na área de costura.
