Abstract

ARRANJO DE PROCESSAMENTO PARA MANUFATURA DE MATERIAIS CIMENTìCIOS COMPOSTOS. Arranjo de processamento para manufatura de materiais cimentícios compostos, tais como cimentos hidráulicos misturados com conteúdo significativamente reduzido de escórias minerais de cimento Portland e correspondentemente com uma quantidade aumentada de materiais cimentícios suplementares tais como, por exemplo, poeira e cinzas, escória de alto-forno, quartzo fino, finos de pedreira granítica, etc, e cargas minerais ou pozolanas altamente reativas tais como, por exemplo, poeira e cinzas, escória de alto-forno, quartzo fino, finos de pedreira granítica, etc, para substituição direta de cimento Portland em concreto, compreendendo um silo para cimento Portland, um silo para poeira e cinzas ou outro tipo de materiais suplementares e um silo para pó de forno de calcinação de cimento ou outro tipo de agente regulador de tempo de solidificação, uma unidade de armazenagem para aditivo polimérico, dispositivos de dosagem, dispositivos de misturação, dispositivos de moagem e dispositivos de descarga. A invenção se caracteriza pelo fato de o arranjo ser equipado com uma unidade de moagem (6) para pré-moer os ditos materiais suplementares e um equipamento de moagem (9) para pré-moer o cimento Portland, os ditos equipamentos de pré-moagem (6, 9) serem seguidos por um equipamento de moagem (13) para moagem dos componentes pré-moídos e os ditos equipamentos de pré-moagem (6, 9) serem adaptados para operar como um circuito aberto ou um circuito fechado para o material que estiver sendo moído.
