Abstract

FIBRA óTICA E SUA PREFORMA ALéM DE MéTODO E APARELHO PARA A FABRICAçãO DAS MESMAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de fabricação de uma fibra ótica que compreende as etapas de inserção de uma preforma de fibra ótica primária (11) possuindo um primeiro eixo geométrico primário (x1) e uma superfície externa (111) em um tubo de revestimento superior (12) possuindo um segundo eixo geométrico primário (x2) e uma superfície interna (120), de forma que a dita superfície externa e a superfície interna definam um espaço interno (15); retendo a preforma primária (11) em uma posição inserida de forma centralizada dentro do tubo de revestimento superior (12) com os ditos primeiro e segundo eixos geométricos primárias (x1, x2) em alinhamento substancial um com o outro; suprindo o grão de revestimento superior (13) para dentro do espaço interno (15) que é limitado na extremidade inferior do tubo de revestimento superior (12) por meio de um encerramento (125); gerando uma condição de pressão reduzida dentro do espaço interno (15) que é limitado na extremidade superior do tubo de revestimento superior (12) por meio de uma união (3), que retém a preforma de fibra ótica primária (11) e o tubo de revestimento superior (12) na posição; e aquecendo a preforma secundária não processada (1), que consiste na preforma primária (11), do tubo de revestimento superior (12) e do grão de revestimento superior (13), em sua extremidade inferior até um estado amolecido e formando de maneira simultânea ou subseqüente uma fibra ótica a partir daí.
