Abstract

MéTODO DE DESCARREGAR UM SóLIDO, APARELHO DE DESCARGA PARA UM SILO, SILO PARA SóLIDOS é sabido que materiais sólidos de fluxo insuficiente podem levar a um fluxo de massa não-homogênea do sólido através da seção transversal de descarga de um silo. Se o sólido no silo for também aquecido ou resfriado o fluxo de massa irregular pode levar, por exemplo, a variações locais em temperatura e/ou conseqüentemente em propriedades de produto variáveis. De acordo com a invenção, o problema acima pode ser resolvido, pelo que um método e um dispositivo de descarga para um silo de sólidos e um silo de sólidos são revelados, permitindo uma descarga de sólidos controlável uniformemente através da seção transversal do silo. A seção transversal da descarga de silo é dividida em várias seções transversais parciais, preferivelmente equivalentes às quais um dispositivo de descarga continuamente controlável é conectado. A descarga de fluxo de sólido proveniente dos dispositivos de descarga controláveis pode ser coletada em um transportador continuo disposto abaixo dos mesmos e removido. A descarga de massa sólida uniforme proveniente dos dispositivos de descarga continua é controlada, dependendo dos sinais medidos a partir de vários sensores equivalentes, registrando o fluxo de massa local nas seções parciais correspondentes do silo, por intermédio da energia do transportador do dispositivo de descarga, referente a cada sensor. Onde sólidos eletricamente condutores são utilizados os quais devem ser aquecidos no silo utilizando eletrodos por intermédio de aquecimento de resistência, o controle dos dispositivos de descarga é obtido com a corrente medida nos eletrodos.
