Abstract

DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO PARA DETECTAR QUALITATIVAMENTE E/OU QUANTITATIVAMENTE INTERAçõES MOLECULARES ENTRE MOLéCULAS ENTRE MOLéCULAS DE SONDA E MOLéCULAS ALVO, E, USO DE UM DIPOSITIVO. A invenção relaciona-se a dispositivos e métodos para detectar interações específicas entre moléculas de sonda e alvo. A invenção relaciona-se especialmente a um dispositivo para a detecção qualitativa e/ou quantitativa de interações moleculares entre moléculas de sonda e alvo, que inclui a) um micro-arranjo incluindo um substrato no qual moléculas de sonda são imobilizadas em elementos de arranjo, dito micro-arranjo estando localizado em uma primeira superfície do dispositivo; e b) uma câmara de reação que é definida entre a primeira área com o micro-arranjo disposto nela e uma segunda superfície, a distância entre o micro-arranjo e a segunda superfície sendo modificável.
