Abstract

PROCESSO DE MELHORAMENTO DE ZIRCãO, apresenta um processo para melhorar um zircão de grau inferior para um grau superior, cujo grau superior inclui a mistura de um grau inferior do zircão de forma fragmentada, com pelo menos um mineralizador, para obter um zircão/mistura mineralizadora, o qual é um produto calcinado. O produto calcinado é lavado e posteriormente, em uma etapa de comunicação, o produto calcinado lavado é fragmentado para obter um zircão de grau superior o qual está em conformidade para ser utilizado como esmalte opacificador.
