Abstract

MéTODO DE SOLDAGEM A LASER, JUNTA SOLDADA A LASER, PAINEL DE REVESTIMENTO EXTERNO E ESTRUTURA DE CHASSI PARA MATERIAL RODANTE prevê uma estrutura lateral 302 possui um revestimento externo 306 e elementos de reforço do revestimento externo 307A e 307B unidos ao revestimento externo 306 na parte interna do revestimento externo 306, o elemento de reforço 307A (307B) tem forma similar a um chapéu em corte, os elementos de reforço 307A providos nos arredores da arte de abertura da janela têm o espaçamento da soldagem a laser L1 de 80 mm e cada um tem a largura do chapéu de 50 mm, ao passo que os elementos de reforço 307B providos em outra parte tem o espaçamento da soldagem a laser L1 de 100 mm e cada um tem a largura do chapéu de 70 mm; os elementos de reforço 307A e 307B cada um tem uma altura de 25 mm.
