Abstract

ESTRUTURA DE JANELA PARA AERONAVE Uma estrutura de janela (1) para instalação no invólucro exterior (5) de uma aeronave, estrutura esta que compreende, em cada caso, pelo menos um flange externo (2) um flange interno (13), e um flange vertical (4) disposto em um sentido perpendicular a e entre estes flanges, é fabricada a partir de um material termoplástico reforço com fibra, por meio, primeiramente, da fabricação de uma peça semi-acabada a partir de um tecido e de um material termoplástico, sendo, em seguida, estirada a fundo em uma ferramenta de moldagem. A estrutura de janela (1) compreende múltiplas subestruturas (16 - 19) soldadas umas às outras, e possui um núcleo (17) que compreende um tecido que corre em um sentido unidirecional.
