Abstract
FERRAMENTAS DE CERáMICA de Al~ 3~O~ 3~ COM CAMADA REALçADA DE LIGAçãO POR DIFUSãO A presente invenção se refere a ferramentas de corte de cerâmica, tal como, um óxido de alumínio com ferramenta de corte de cerâmica de óxido de zircónio com camada realçada de ligação por difusão e revestimentos por CVD, particularmente úteis para usinagem de materiais de metal modernos. O método compreende uma reação química com uma mistura incluindo nitrogênio e cloreto de alumínio introduzido para formar uma camada realçada de ligação por difusão entre o substrato de cerâmica e os revestimentos por CVD. A ligação por difusão desse modo formada é altamente aderente ao óxido de alumínio com substrato de cerâmica de óxido de zircónio e significantemente realça as propriedades de revestimento por CVD, e desse modo melhora o desempenho da usinagem em termos da duração da ferramenta de óxido de alumínio com base em zircónio com as ferramentas de corte de cerâmica de óxido de zircónio.
