Abstract
MéTODO PARA SELECIONAR UM MODELO DE CODIFICAçãO MóDULO PARA CODIFICAR SEçõES CONSECUTIVAS DE UM SINAL DE áUDIO, DISPOSITIVO ELETRÈNICO, SISTEMA DE CODIFICAçãO DE áUDIO, E, PRODUTO DE PROGRAMA DE SOFTWARE A invenção relaciona-se a um método para selecionar um modelo de codificação respectivo para codificar seções consecutivas de um sinal de áudio, em que pelo menos um modelo de codificação otimizado para um primeiro tipo de conteúdo de áudio e pelo menos um modelo de codificação otimizado para um segundo tipo de conteúdo de áudio estão disponíveis para seleção. Em geral, o modelo de codificação é selecionado para cada seção baseado em características de sinal indicando o tipo de conteúdo de áudio na seção respectiva. Para algumas seções restantes, tal seleção não é viável, entretanto. Para estas seções, a seleção efetuada para seções respectivamente vizinhas é avaliada estatisticamente. O modelo de codificação para as seções restantes é então selecionado baseado nestas avaliações estatísticas.
