Abstract

MéTODO PARA IRRIGAR UM CANAL DA RAIZ DE UM DENTE COM UMA EXTREMIDADE CORONAL COM UMA CAVIDADE DE ACESSO E UMA EXTREMIDADE DE áPICE, apresenta um procedimento de endodontia, após o trabalho de um canal da raiz através de instrumentos para remover o material e modelar as paredes do canal, o irrigante é suprido via uma microcânula; um vácuo é aplicado via um tubo que é inserido parcialmente no canal da raiz; o tubo e a microcânula passam através de um material criado por um material de preenchimento odontológico padrão de uma natureza composta que fornece uma vedação em uma posição próxima ao topo da abertura coronal; o irrigante é suprido de modo suficiente para garantir a liberação a uma saída lateral da microcânula; o vácuo na extremidade do tubo retira o irrigante e detritos do ápice do canal da raiz para o tubo; a saída lateral pode ter uma pluralidade de orifícios redondos adicionais, um corte diagonal, ou um corte em forma de U, ou qualquer outro formato; a abertura da saída não deve se estender mais do que aproximadamente 0,75 mm da ponta esférica fechada da microcânula, deve estar livre de saliência, qualquer das aberturas devem ser menores do que o diâmetro interno da microcânula.
