Abstract
MODO INATIVO DE SUPORTE DE ESTAçãO MóVEL EM UM SISTEMA DE ACESSO SEM FIO. Descreve-se um método de suporte de uma estação móvel que está em um modo inativo em um sistema de comunicação sem fio usando um controlador de contato, compreendendo entrar em um modo inativo por uma estação móvel, receber um comando de contato de uma estação base no mesmo grupo de contato, o comando de contato incluindo um código de ação de comando de contato associado com a execução de uma classificação enquanto a estação móvel está no modo inativo para verificar a disponibilidade da estação móvel com respeito a pelo menos uma das estações base no grupo de contato, onde o comando de contato é gerado a partir da estação base em resposta a uma notificação de contato do controlador de contato, e encerrar o modo inativo e estabelecer comunicação com uma dentre uma pluralidade de estações base, em que a pluralidade de estações base no mesmo grupo de contato recebe, do controlador de contato, um estado de existência do modo inativo.
