Abstract

PROCESSO DE REDUçãO DIRETA E INSTALAçãO DE PROCESSAMENTO PARA O DITO PROCESSO A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de redução direta para um material metalífero, compreendendo:- suprir um material carbonáceo sólido e um gás contendo oxigênio em um leito fluidizado em um primeiro vaso (3), e gerar calor mediante reações entre o gás contendo oxigênio e o material carbonáceo sólido e quaisquer outros sólidos oxidáveis e gases no leito fluidizado, e descarregar uma corrente de gás removido quente contendo sólidos arrastados; - suprir o material metalífero a um leito fluidizado em um segundo vaso, e suprir a corrente quente de gás removido contendo sólidos arrastados proveniente do primeiro vaso para o leito fluidizado no segundo vaso, e reduzir, pelo menos parcialmente, o material de alimentação metalífero no estado sólido no leito fluidizado e ainda descarregar uma corrente de produto de material metalífero pelo menos parcialmente reduzido e uma corrente de gás removido contendo sólidos arrastados.
