Abstract
DISPOSITIVO PARA ALINHAMENTO DE DOIS MOLDES DE FUNDIçãO Um dispositivo para alinhamento de um primeiro e de um segundo moldes de fundição abrange uma primeira pinça (1) para retenção do primeiro molde de fundição e uma segunda pinça (2) para retenção do segundo molde de fundição e uma estação de centragem (3). As duas pinças (1, 2) são deslocáveis relativamente entre si e relativamente à estação de centragem (3) ao longo de um eixo (6) predeterminado e giráveis em torno do eixo (3) tanto individualmente como também em sincronia. A estação de centragem (3) consiste em um corpo de apoio, que apoia elementos elásticos dispostos ao longo de um circulo, sendo que o eixo (6) se estende através do centro do círculo. Para a centragem, o molde de fundição é movido pela pinça para dentro da estação de centragem (3) e então solto da pinça, de modo que o molde fica retido unicamente pelos elementos elásticos. As forças radiais atuando pelos elementos elásticos por todos os lados uniformemente sobre o molde de fundição fazem com que o molde de fundição seja deslocamento para o centro de gravidade da força. Em seguida, o molde de fundição é de novo agarrado pela pinça e movido para fora da estação de centragem (3).
