Abstract
MéTODO PARA MODIFICAR O NIVEL DE DISPARO PARA REGENERAçãO DE ADSORVENTE Trata-se de um método para modificar uma variável de disparo de regeneração de adsorvente de NO~ x~. As condições de operação do motor são monitoradas até a variável de disparo de regeneração ser satisfeita. O adsorvente é regenerado e a eficiência de adsorção do adsorvente é subseqüentemente determinada. A variável de disparo de regeneração é modificada para corresponder ao declínio na eficiência do adsorvente. A eficiência do adsorvente pode ser determinada utilizando um conjunto de valores predeterminados de forma empírica ou por utilizar um par de sensores de oxigênio para determinar o atraso de resposta do oxigênio ao longo dos sensores.
