Abstract

PROCESSO PARA ISOLAMENTO DE PROTEìNA. Em um aspecto, a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para isolamento de proteínas a partir de uma solução compreendendo proteínas, onde a solução é selecionada do grupo consistindo em: plasma de sangue bruto, som de sangue, criossobrenadante derivado de plasma, plasma humano fracionado, crioprecipitado derivado de plasma e caldos recombinantes. O processo envolve provisão de um meio de separação sólido tendo a fórmula: M-S-L onde M é uma estrutura principal de matriz, S é um braço espaçador opcional e L é um ligante que é ácido mercaptonicotínico, contato do dito meio de separação sólido com a solução compreendendo as proteínas, de modo que pelo menos uma das ditas proteínas fique reversivelmente ligada ao dito meio de separação sólido. Pelo menos uma etapa de eluição é então realizada para seletivamente eluir pelo menos uma fração de proteína a partir do dito meio de separação sólido. Em um outro aspecto, a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para isolamento de Fator VIII e/ou Fator IX.
