Abstract
USO DE (S,S)-REBOXETINA OU REBOXETINA RACêMICA. A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de (S,S)-reboxetina ou reboxetina racêmica, ou de um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável da mesma, na fabricação de um medicamento para o tratamento de uma condição de dor selecionada entre dor neuropática, dor nociceptiva, dor de câncer, dor dorsal, dor inflamatória, distúrbios musculoesqueléticos, dor visceral, dor de esforços/entorses, dor pós-operatória, dor pós-traumática, queimaduras, cólica renal, dor aguda, traumatismo do sistema nervoso central, dor de cabeça, e dor orofacial. Descreve-se também o uso (S,S)-reboxetina ou de um sal famaceuticamente aceitável da mesma, na fabricação de um medicamento para o tratamento de dor em um paciente refratário a um ligante de alfa-2-delta, e também o uso de (S,S)-reboxetina ou reboxetina racêmica, ou de um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável da mesma, na fabricação de um medicamento para uso como um intensificador do desempenho mental ou do humor.
